Quantity Surveyor - Claims

About the Role

Handle contract claims preparation and administration for infrastructure projects, primarily road and civil works, based in the Badulla region.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage contract claims including variations and extensions of time
• Review BOQs and assess quantities for interim payment certifications
• Analyse contract documents to support dispute resolution
• Liaise with clients and contractors on claims negotiation
• Prepare detailed claims reports with supporting documentation

Requirements

• Educational qualifications in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Experience in contract claims for road or civil infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with FIDIC or ICTAD contract conditions
