Support the Human Resources department at Hotel Riu Sri Lanka in Ahungalla, coordinating onboarding, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll preparation, and organizing training events.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative HR processes including onboarding and offboarding
- Support recruitment activities
- Maintain employee records
- Respond to policy inquiries
- Assist with payroll preparation
- Organize training events
Requirements
- Prior experience in administrative or HR support roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- HR software familiarity advantageous
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- English fluency required
