Production Manager

About the Role

Manage and optimize all production operations at a baseball manufacturing facility supplying international sporting events. Lead production teams and ensure quality and output targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily production floor operations and output targets
• Manage and develop production staff and supervisors
• Ensure product quality standards meet international specifications
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in a Production Manager or senior supervisory role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
