Production Manager - Coir Section

About the Role

Lead the coir production section at a certified organic coconut products manufacturer serving export markets in 40+ countries. Oversee coir fiber processing operations and maintain ISO 22000/HACCP quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all coir section production operations and staffing
• Ensure HACCP and ISO 22000 compliance throughout the production process
• Coordinate with procurement on raw material supply from coconut farms
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost yield and quality

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in manufacturing, agriculture, or food science
• 5+ years of experience in agricultural/food processing manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000
