About the Role

Supervise the quality assurance function at a heritage food export manufacturer, ensuring HACCP/ISO 22000 compliance and maintaining export-grade quality standards for coconut and spice products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the QA team and conduct daily quality checks on food products
• Implement and maintain HACCP plans and ISO 22000 food safety systems
• Conduct internal audits and manage third-party audit preparations
• Ensure products meet export quality and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in food science, food technology, or related field
• 2+ years of QA experience in food manufacturing or export
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP
