Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Road Project

About the Role

Road project quantity surveying role in Galagedara (Kandy district) requiring 4 years construction and 2 years road construction experience, with company accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review bills of quantities for road construction projects
• Support project cost estimation and financial control
• Coordinate with site teams on quantity measurement and verification
• Assist with contractual documentation and claims processing

Requirements

• Certificate Course, NVQ Level 04/05, or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 4 years construction project experience
• Minimum 2 years road construction experience
• Experience on World Bank, ADB, or JICA-funded projects preferred
