About the Role

Drive in-store retail sales and manage digital marketing channels for a boutique lifestyle brand on Ward Place, Colombo 07, with commission-based earnings on top of base salary.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a premium boutique retail environment
• Drive sales through relationship-based selling
• Manage social media and digital marketing initiatives
• Build lasting client relationships
• Achieve individual sales targets

Requirements

• Previous sales and marketing experience
• Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented demeanour
• Experience with digital marketing platforms
• 2 years of work experience
