About the Role

Promote and sell residential properties across the Colombo district, consult with clients on their property needs, and coordinate viewings with highly attractive commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective property buyers
• Understand client needs and match them to suitable properties
• Coordinate property inspections and client consultations
• Meet monthly sales targets

Requirements

• G.C.E. Ordinary Level education minimum
• No prior experience required

What we offer

• Base salary + fuel allowance: LKR 25,000/month
• Commission of LKR 100,000 at 25M LKR monthly sales target
• Commission of LKR 200,000 at 50M LKR monthly sales target
