About the Role

Supervise a product department within a Keells Super supermarket branch. Multiple vacancies across Kalutara, Rathnapura, Galle, Gampaha, Kurunegala, Jaffna, and Kandy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department staff and coordinate daily floor operations
• Manage stock levels and ensure timely shelf replenishment
• Ensure customer service standards are consistently maintained
• Report department performance metrics to store management

Requirements

• Prior retail or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to work at assigned district branch
