Supervise the Moose clothing brand showroom at One Galle Face Mall, Colombo. Requires 2+ years retail supervision experience. Deadline July 31, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales targets
- Deliver consistent and outstanding customer service experience
- Handle back-office administration, reporting, and scheduling tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail
- G.C.E. O/L minimum; three A/L passes preferred
- Age below 35
- Proficient in MS Office
- Average English written and verbal communication
