Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role

Senior Quality Assurance Manager for Colombo office to oversee QA/QC systems, manage inspections and testing, and ensure compliance with international construction quality standards on major Sri Lankan infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures
• Conduct inspections, testing, and quality audits on construction activities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards
• Manage and mentor quality control staff
• Prepare quality reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in QA/QC management in construction or infrastructure
• Knowledge of international quality standards (ISO, ASTM, BS)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure or civil engineering projects preferred
