About the Role

Quantity Surveyor specializing in Interior Design (ID) and MEP works for Colombo construction projects. Involves BOQ preparation, cost management, and subcontract administration for ID and MEP packages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ and cost estimates for interior design and MEP works
• Review ID and MEP drawings and specifications
• Administer subcontracts and monitor package costs
• Prepare payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts
• Coordinate with project teams on cost control and reporting

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in MEP or Interior Design quantity surveying
• Knowledge of construction contracts and BOQ methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software
• Good communication skills; experience in large projects preferred
