About the Role
Project Coordinator or Quantity Surveyor for the Nawala office to assist in managing construction projects, cost planning, BOQ preparation, and subcontractor coordination.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day construction project activities and schedules
- Prepare and manage bills of quantities and cost estimates
- Monitor project progress and prepare management reports
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Assist in contract administration and variation management
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Relevant experience in construction project coordination or quantity surveying
- Knowledge of construction contracts and cost management principles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
