About the Role

Project Coordinator or Quantity Surveyor for the Nawala office to assist in managing construction projects, cost planning, BOQ preparation, and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day construction project activities and schedules
• Prepare and manage bills of quantities and cost estimates
• Monitor project progress and prepare management reports
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Assist in contract administration and variation management

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
• Relevant experience in construction project coordination or quantity surveying
• Knowledge of construction contracts and cost management principles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
