About the Role
Maintain and boost product sales, manage sales representatives, and track market data across assigned territories in Western Province for Pepsi Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and boost product sales while meeting area targets
- Identify market opportunities across distribution channels
- Assign territories to sales representatives and monitor their performance
- Track competitive and product information
- Compile, evaluate, and report sales data to senior management
- Provide market insights to internal marketing departments
Requirements
- Professional marketing qualification (preferably SLIM) or university degree
- Minimum 2 years FMCG industry experience
- Strong English and Sinhala communication abilities
- Leadership skills with sales team experience preferred
- Excellent presentation and negotiation capabilities
