Drive volume, revenue, and market share expansion across Northern Province, leading high-performing sales teams and strengthening distributor networks for Pepsi Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

Drive volume, revenue, and market share expansion regionally
Strengthen distribution networks and market penetration
Lead and develop high-performing sales teams
Oversee outlet execution, merchandising, and trade marketing initiatives
Analyze market trends and provide business insights
Build distributor partnerships ensuring profitability and ROI

Requirements

MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
12-15 years proven FMCG/Beverage sales experience
3-4 years in senior leadership roles
Expertise in distributor management and route-to-market execution
Demonstrated sales growth success in urban and rural markets
Fluent in Sinhala and English; Tamil knowledge preferred
