Production Supervisor - Maharagama

About the Role

Oversee daily tea production at the Maharagama facility, supervise staff on shift, implement 5S/TPM practices, and ensure quality and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
• Supervise production staff to meet shift targets
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, and TPM practices
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain production records using ERP and QMS systems
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• G.C.E. Advanced Level in any stream (Maths/Science preferred)
• 3-5 years manufacturing experience, preferably in FMCG
• Age below 30 years
• MS Excel proficiency
• ERP systems knowledge
• Tamil language skills advantageous
