Production Supervisor - Kadawatha

About the Role

Oversee daily tea production at the Kadawatha facility, supervise production staff, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
• Supervise production staff to meet shift targets
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, and TPM practices
• Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• G.C.E. Advanced Level in any stream (Maths/Science preferred)
• 3-5 years manufacturing experience, preferably in FMCG
• Age below 30 years
• MS Excel proficiency
• ERP systems knowledge
• Tamil language skills advantageous
