About the Role

Supervise agricultural estate operations in Chilaw, operating tractors and managing labour with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day agricultural operations at the Chilaw estate
• Operate tractors and agricultural machinery
• Manage labour force and ensure productivity
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Ordinary Level (O/L) qualification minimum
• At least 1 year experience as supervisor or team leader in agriculture or similar field
• Valid driver's licence and ability to operate tractors
• Ability to work independently
