Junior Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract)

About the Role

Entry-level pre-contract quantity surveying role at Oracle Project Development Consultants, supporting senior QS staff in BOQ preparation and cost management activities for international construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in taking measurements from design drawings and preparing takeoff sheets
• Support preparation of Bills of Quantities under supervision of senior QS staff
• Check and verify quantity calculations

Requirements

• University degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Graduate-level or entry-level QS experience
• Basic proficiency in CostX and AutoCAD
• Good English communication skills
