About the Role

Full-time academic coordinator and lecturer role leading the Quantity Surveying programme at BCAS Campus Colombo, responsible for programme coordination, undergraduate-level instruction, and student mentorship within the Pearson BTEC framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying academic programme
• Deliver lectures and assessments at undergraduate level
• Guide and mentor students and junior academic staff
• Ensure programme compliance with Pearson BTEC curriculum requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university
• Minimum 5-7 years of lecturing experience at undergraduate level
• Experience with Pearson framework and curriculum delivery preferred
• Willingness to work on weekends
