About the Role
Sun & Moon Resort in Aluthgama is hiring an experienced Sous Chef with a 4-star hotel background to support the Executive Chef in kitchen operations, staff supervision, and maintaining food quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Maintain food quality standards and cost control
- Plan and execute menu items
- Ensure full health and safety compliance in kitchen
Requirements
- Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a 4-star hotel setting
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Fluent in Sinhala and English
