About the Role

Sun & Moon Resort in Aluthgama is hiring an experienced Sous Chef with a 4-star hotel background to support the Executive Chef in kitchen operations, staff supervision, and maintaining food quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Supervise and train kitchen staff
• Maintain food quality standards and cost control
• Plan and execute menu items
• Ensure full health and safety compliance in kitchen

Requirements

• Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a 4-star hotel setting
• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Fluent in Sinhala and English

What we offer
