Support BAT's Route to Market strategy by owning SFA and BI tool optimisation and driving distribution efficiency across Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Support RTM strategy implementation and track core metrics
- Drive efficiency initiatives with the Distribution Development Manager
- Optimise SFA and BI tools for data-driven decision making
- Review and streamline existing processes for relevance and efficiency
- Reduce complexity within the RTM framework
- Serve as custodian of SFA and BI systems
Requirements
- University degree or recognised professional qualification
- 1-2 years experience in sales, distribution, or marketing preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities; adaptable to dynamic environments
