About the Role

Manage video productions from concept to final delivery at a Colombo production house, leading creative teams and ensuring quality, strategic fit, and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee video development from concept through final delivery
• Collaborate with creative teams during ideation and production phases
• Manage projects to meet strategic goals, budgetary constraints, and quality standards
• Handle editing and footage manipulation to match creative briefs
• Support multiple deliverables across product, content, and communication platforms
• Lead teams and drive brand standards across all creative work

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a producer role at an agency, production company, or marketing department
• TV commercial, digital, video, and motion graphics production experience
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, or Avid
• Supporting software expertise in After Effects and Photoshop
• Strong project and budget management skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
