About the Role

Oversee day-to-day site operations for a residential and commercial property developer, coordinating labour, subcontractors, and monitoring construction progress in Jaffna.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities and coordinate teams and subcontractors
• Inspect workmanship and materials for quality assurance
• Maintain site records and documentation
• Communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders
• Plan daily work schedules and manage resources and tools
• Support regulatory compliance and safety standards on site

Requirements

• Strong site supervision and construction management expertise
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Quality control and site inspection experience
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with basic digital tools including email, spreadsheets, and reporting software
• Previous site supervisor experience in construction preferred
• Valid light vehicle driver's license required
