BIM Modeller / Draughtsman

About the Role

Create architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings and develop BIM models using Revit for a civil engineering consultancy working across residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Kandy.

Responsibilities

• Create architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings with accuracy
• Develop and update BIM models using Revit platforms
• Produce construction documents including shop drawings, sections, and schedules
• Convert design concepts into technical drawings
• Coordinate across teams and maintain documentation standards
• Support project submissions and as-built documentation

Requirements

• Strong AutoCAD drafting capabilities
• Revit/BIM modeling experience (mandatory)
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
• Construction detailing and coordination knowledge
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
• Attention to detail and deadline management
