AI & Legal Operations Specialist - IFS Ultimo

About the Role

Lead the IFS legal function's digital transformation by managing AI-powered legal tools, optimising Contract IQ, and enabling automation in document review, risk triage, and contract analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AI-enabled legal databases and document analysis tools
• Manage and optimise Contract IQ (in-house AI digital worker)
• Curate, structure, and validate AI training data
• Create custom GPTs and AI-powered legal solutions
• Standardise operational legal processes and drive cross-functional improvement
• Bridge Legal, technical teams, and business stakeholders
• Develop legal metrics, insights, and knowledge repositories
• Support NDA reviews and contract analysis workflows as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years in operations or business support role
• University degree or comparable professional experience
• Experience with AI-enabled tools or legal tech platforms
• Understanding of contract workflows and document lifecycle management
• Systems-oriented, analytical problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in English
• Legal or compliance knowledge (desirable)
