Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations at a 4-star beach resort in Aluthgama, supervising staff and maintaining food quality and cost standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Maintain food quality standards and cost control
- Plan and oversee menu preparations
- Ensure health, safety and hygiene compliance
Requirements
- Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role at a 4-star hotel
- Pleasant personality with professional attitude
- Fluency in Sinhala and English
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
