About the Role

Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet monthly revenue targets
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
- Oversee daily operations and maintain service standards
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
- Control costs and optimize profitability
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
