Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet monthly revenue targets
• Lead and supervise front-of-house staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
• Oversee daily operations and maintain service standards
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
• Control costs and optimize profitability

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
