Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen and culinary operations
- Develop and execute high-quality menus for gourmet dining
- Manage, mentor and train kitchen staff
- Maintain food quality and cost control
- Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance across all kitchen areas
Requirements
- Extensive culinary experience in a senior or executive chef role
- Experience in luxury dining or premium entertainment hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership and full kitchen management skills
