Deputy Manager - Finance

About the Role

Lead all reconciliation unit activities at head office including card center reconciliations, CEFT transaction reconciliations, and GL reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee card center and CEFT transaction reconciliations
• Provide leadership and supervision to the Reconciliation Unit
• Monitor branch, bank, and GL reconciliation activities for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure timely resolution of reconciliation discrepancies
• Manage head office-related reconciliation processes and customer refunds

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 6 years Finance experience
• Banking industry exposure preferred
• Knowledge of bank and GL reconciliation processes and CEFT/CEFTS procedures
• Core banking system familiarity
• Advanced Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
