About the Role

Manage and control the non-performing loan portfolio across assigned regions by monitoring NPL transfers, coordinating with regional recovery teams, and driving timely recovery to minimize impairment losses.

Responsibilities

Monitor loans transferred to the non-performing loan category
Coordinate with regional recovery coordinators to drive recovery actions
Drive recovery performance metrics in assigned regions
Ensure timely recovery actions and minimization of impairment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Management, or related field
Minimum 2 years Junior Executive level experience
Minimum 4 years total Banking or Financial Sector experience
Debt recovery experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and policy compliance
Knowledge of banking products and services
