Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking

About the Role

Manage a diversified corporate client portfolio at NDB Bank by driving balance sheet and P&L growth through new client acquisition, periodic risk assessments, and cross-selling of group banking services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate client portfolios balancing risk and financial rewards
• Drive balance sheet and P&L growth aligned with corporate banking objectives
• Acquire new corporate clients to expand the portfolio
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across NDB Group services

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years banking experience with at least 5 years in corporate credit
• Professional qualification: CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or IBSL
• Strong analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Proven relationship management and negotiation expertise
