About the Role
Acquire new corporate clients and tourism partners, drive bulk B2B food orders for events and institutional catering, and manage key account relationships for BreadTalk Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new corporate clients including banks, companies, hospitals, and government institutions
- Drive bulk sales for events, meetings, conferences, and staff functions
- Partner with travel agents, DMCs, and tour operators
- Build long-term relationships with key clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents
- Monitor sales KPIs and prepare reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5-8 years experience in food industry sales
- 2-3 years experience with corporate clientele
- Proven sales target achievement record
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CRM software and MS Office proficiency
