Pharmacist

About the Role

Arunalu Group pharmacy in Thalawathugoda and Pannipitiya recruiting a licensed pharmacist with 2+ years experience. EPF/ETF and accommodation provided. Closing September 13, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Correctly dispense medications based on physician prescriptions
• Read and verify medical prescriptions for accuracy
• Operate pharmacy management software and POS systems
• Manage stock levels and monitor medication expiry dates
• Provide medication counseling to patients
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations

Requirements

• Pharmacy license (preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy operations
• Medical Council registration is an additional advantage
• Computer and POS system operation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capacity to work under pressure and on shift schedules
