About the Role

Support customers across a wide range of Azure services as part of Cloud & Managed Services team expansion, covering migration, monitoring, security, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• OS/security/patch management
• Azure resource creation and configuration
• VM monitoring and incident management
• Disaster recovery design and implementation
• Azure Migrate implementation
• Security hardening
• Backup configuration
• Infrastructure health checks

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT
• 5+ years Azure experience
• Azure certifications preferred (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500, SC-100)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
