About the Role
Prepare BOQs and cost estimates, manage procurement and subcontractor pricing for a leading civil engineering contractor.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bills of quantities and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Monitor and report on project costs versus budget
- Manage procurement, tender documentation, and subcontractor pricing
- Review and certify subcontractor and supplier payment applications
- Assist in contract administration and variation assessment
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Relevant hands-on experience in construction quantity surveying
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office suite
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
