Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager

About the Role

Prepare BOQs and manage civil infrastructure projects end-to-end at one of Sri Lanka's top road and highway contractors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates for infrastructure and civil works
• Manage and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Supervise site operations and enforce quality, safety, and programme compliance
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors throughout project lifecycle

Requirements

• BSc in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Proven experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects
• Experience in roads, highways, or expressway projects is an advantage
