About the Role

Lead and manage all construction activities on building and civil projects for one of Sri Lanka's oldest construction companies, with walk-in interviews available.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all construction activities on assigned building and civil projects
Lead and coordinate site teams, engineers, and subcontractors
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality standards on site

Requirements

BSc in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution
Minimum five years of experience in construction management
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Experience in building construction projects preferred
