Construction Manager

About the Role

Lead and manage all construction activities on building and civil projects for one of Sri Lanka's oldest construction companies, with walk-in interviews available.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all construction activities on assigned building and civil projects
• Lead and coordinate site teams, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality standards on site

Requirements

• BSc in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution
• Minimum five years of experience in construction management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in building construction projects preferred
