Responsibilities
- Supervise technical officers and site construction workforce
- Manage and monitor on-site construction activities and quality
- Coordinate with the resident engineer and project management team
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records
Requirements
- National Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in construction supervision
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
