About the Role

Lead paid social media advertising strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat for international clients, managing a team of specialists.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of comprehensive social media advertising strategies
Oversee campaign planning, setup, implementation, and conversion tracking across multiple client accounts
Monitor and optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs through data-driven decisions
Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists
Serve as primary client contact for senior-level stakeholder communication
Prepare detailed monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent; CIM UK qualification acceptable
Minimum 3-4 years digital marketing experience with social media advertising focus
Proven team management experience with international client portfolios
Strong expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and paid social platforms
Meta Blueprint and relevant platform certifications preferred
