About the Role

Lead the industrial engineering function across babywear manufacturing facilities, driving efficiency through work study and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial engineering function across assigned manufacturing facilities
• Drive efficiency improvements through work study and IE techniques
• Develop and maintain production standards and SAM values
• Manage IE team and implement lean manufacturing initiatives
• Report on productivity metrics and set improvement targets

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Management-level experience in IE within apparel manufacturing
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with work study and time and motion analysis
