About the Role

Develop and execute merchandise plans for plus-size fashion retail, manage open-to-buy budgets and inventory across 14 outlets island-wide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandise plans for plus-size fashion retail across all outlets
• Analyze sales data to forecast demand and manage inventory levels island-wide
• Plan seasonal assortments and manage open-to-buy budgets
• Collaborate with buying and design teams on product selection and range planning
• Monitor stock levels and drive replenishment across 14 retail outlets

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
• Senior-level experience in merchandise planning within fashion retail
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in retail planning tools / MS Excel
• Knowledge of the Sri Lanka fashion retail market
