Responsibilities

• Execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee performance management and succession planning
• Drive learning and development and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage retention strategies and workforce planning
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all HR functions
• Lead HR team and projects

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in HR Management or Business Administration
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience
• Minimum 5 years in leadership roles
• Expertise in performance management, L&D, and strategic business partnering
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
