Responsibilities
- Manage combined HR and administrative functions
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding
- Administer payroll and statutory obligations (EPF/ETF)
- Maintain and update employee records
- Coordinate administrative and office operations
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations
Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in HR Management or Business Administration
- Relevant HR and administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan labour law
- Strong organizational and communication skills
