About the Role
Support HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and compliance at an ISO-certified packaging manufacturer exporting to UK and Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage HR department operations
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes
- Handle payroll processing and statutory requirements
- Administer HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
Requirements
- Degree in HRM or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Sri Lankan labour law
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
