About the Role

Handle legal matters, review contracts, and provide legal support across an IT and telecommunications company serving Sri Lanka, US, Canada, and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters and provide legal support across the company
• Review and draft contracts, NDAs, and legal documents
• Provide legal opinions on commercial and operational matters
• Support compliance monitoring and reporting activities
• Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed

Requirements

• Degree in Law or Attorney-at-Law qualification
• Strong commercial acumen and flexibility in approaching challenges
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Self-starter mentality with drive to expand business scope and quality
