About the Role

DevOps engineer to manage CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, and monitoring systems for a compliance-driven HRTech SaaS product.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy and scale applications in Kubernetes environments
• Configure monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
• Drive deployment automation initiatives
• Maintain uptime and ensure compliance (ISO, SOC2, HIPAA)

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years hands-on DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure experience
• Strong technical foundation in containerisation and orchestration
• Proactive problem-solving approach with security awareness
