About the Role

Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense medications based on prescriptions
- Provide ward pharmacy services including medication reviews and reconciliation
- Counsel patients on correct medication use, dosage, and side effects
- Maintain pharmacy records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage pharmacy inventory and procurement
Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent degree
- Registration with the relevant professional council
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Minimum age 18 years
