Manager – Quality Assurance

About the Role

Senior QA management role at one of Sri Lanka's top publicly-listed construction companies. Oversee quality systems across major projects in Colombo. Active listing closing 29 July 2026.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) for construction projects
• Conduct quality audits and site inspections across active projects
• Ensure ISO 9001 and project-specific quality standard compliance
• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team
• Prepare quality reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans

Requirements

• BSc in Civil Engineering or related field from a recognized university
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction quality management
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
