Responsibilities
- Perform daily agricultural tasks including planting, irrigation, and harvesting
- Manage fertilizer and agrochemical application
- Operate and maintain water systems
- Carry out farm equipment handling and maintenance
- Manage tea, rubber, and commercial crop production
Requirements
- Diploma-level education
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of tea and rubber cultivation preferred
- Candidates from Ratnapura, Kalawana, or Palmdulla regions preferred
- Physical fitness for outdoor fieldwork
- Willingness to live on-site
